Belly Dancing Cardio
Amira Mor says her style integrates jazz and traditional Middle Eastern movements, so you'd think it would be ideal for creating a cardio workout. However this is a nice dance class rather than a challenging workout. There's not much emphasis on technique, though, as the class keeps moving.
On the positive side, it's fun!
