Belly Dance Bazaar: Alternate Store Front Instructions

Create A Simple Alternate Storefront:

Create or have your web designer create, a simple 740 pixel wide x 530 pixel high alternate store front page. On this would appear your stores name along with a branding image such as your company logo. To integrate seamlessly the page should resemble in design your actual store front. Other content could include if you wish a brief description of your store merchandise or perhaps a special announcment regarding your store. Beneath that could be a prominent text link such as "Enter Store" (or another equivalent) leading to the store page. Keep it fairly simple and don't attempt to optimize it as you really don't want search engines indexing this page anyhow. The navigation bar code would then be inserted at the bottom. Then on your actual store page, all you would need to add is a text link "Web Ring" or "Belly Dance Bazaar" at the bottom or in the sidebar. That link should of course, be easy to find and lead back to the alternate storefront page where after spending a considerable amount of money in your store, the ring surfer can then reenter the ring to continue their belly dance shopping spree.

Remember to register the EXACT URL of the page on which you want the navigation bar to appear This is neccessary because the webring system uses that information to generate the navigation code for that specific page. If the code is placed on another unsubmitted page it cannot be activated. The WebRing system can't find it.
